LIBOR 1-Month LIBOR 3.1713 Change: -0.0212 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month LIBOR 3.465 Change: -0.0425 basis points
LIBOR is slowly declining, which is an encouraging sign for the credit markets. Longer-term rates have been falling for two weeks, but are still tighter than short-term lending rates.

VIX: 74.23 Change: -5.83 (-7.28%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index is sinking, but it still remains high, indicating that there is still uncertainty in the marketplace.

TED Spread: 2.6675 Change: -0.0782
The TED Spread is slowly decreasing as consumer confidence rises.

Dow: 8,367.72 Change: +191.95 (2.35%)
