Crisis Dashboard: LIBOR, VIX, TED Spread, Dow

LIBOR 1-Month LIBOR 3.1713 Change: -0.0212 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month LIBOR 3.465 Change: -0.0425 basis points
LIBOR is slowly declining, which is an encouraging sign for the credit markets. Longer-term rates have been falling for two weeks but are still tighter than short-term lending rates.

VIX: 66.96 Change: -13.10 (-16.36%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index sank sharply as a soaring Dow increased the sense of certainty in the marketplace.

TED Spread: 2.7031 Change: -0.0426
The TED Spread edged lower to end the day as prospects for corporations were seen in a better light.

Dow: 9,065.12 Change: +889.35 (+10.88%)
