LIBOR 1-Month LIBOR 3.1175 Change: -0.0538 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month LIBOR 3.4200 Change: -0.0450 basis points
It's a lucky 13th day in a row for a decline in LIBOR. The rates are slowing evening out and may settle at a higher level than they have been over the past two years.

VIX: 69.96 Change: 3.00 (+4.48%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index is up Wednesday as markets sit on edge awaiting word from the Federal Reserve on the size of a rate cut.

TED Spread: 2.765 Change: +0.0619
The TED Spread is also up early as investors await the Fed's outlook on the economy.

Dow: 9,142.69 Change: +77.57 (+0.86%)
