LIBOR 3-Month 3.8338 Change: -0.2250 basis points The 3-month LIBOR rate for dollars falls below 4% for the first time in weeks indicating that banks are increasingly expecting their peers to be in business three months down the road, but it still remains well above the 3.21% that it stood at a month ago.
