Crisis Dashboard: LIBOR, VIX, TED Spread, Dow

LIBOR 1-Month 3.5275 Change: -0.2238 basis points
LIBOR 3-Month 3.8338 Change: -0.2250 basis points
The 3-month LIBOR rate for dollars falls below 4% for the first time in weeks indicating that banks are increasingly expecting their peers to be in business three months down the road, but it still remains well above the 3.21% that it stood at a month ago. 

VIX: 53.53 Change: +0.47 (+0.89%)
The Chicago Board Options Exchange Volatility Index edged higher Tuesday morning as stocks zig-zagged up and down in early trading.

TED Spread: 2.5521  Change: -0.4037
Mirroring the drop in LIBOR drop, the TED spread is also falling as lenders -- although remaining very cautious --  become more reasonable about loans.

Dow: 9204.10 Change: +61.33
