Deutsche is suing Trump for missing a $40 million payment after
defaulting on a $640 million construction loan for Trump International
Hotel & Tower, a Chicago tower that is expected to stand at 92
stories, which would make it the second-tallest building in the U.S.
The suit is the second one over the last month related to the
Chicago project. The most recent Deustche suit calls for Trump to make
good on the personal payment guarantee he signed in February 2005 for
the
building if he didn't make the loan payments on time. - Gerald Magpily
