Inside The Deal: Nixon Peabody's DeChiara on alternative deal structures

Though overall deal volume may have fallen off a cliff, transactions are getting done. In this edition of Inside The Deal, Dominick DeChiara, chair of the private equity practice at Nixon Peabody LLP, says some PE firms are using alternative deal structures in the absence of credit.
