Layoffs at big law firms are coming almost as fast as those on Wall
Street. John Briggs, who recently left Howrey LLP to
build the D.C. antitrust practice of boutique firm Axinn, Veltrop and
Harkrider LLP, characterizes the environment as "bloody." In this edition of Inside
