Video: PE is 'clueless' about distressed investing

At the TMA/The Deal's Distressed Investing Conference in January, Crystal Capital's Edward Siskin and the Heico Cos. LLC's Michael Heisley said that 90% of private equity funds' managers are "clueless" as to how to implement turnaround plans for distressed investments. They added that many are not familiar with bankruptcy codes either. - Maria Woehr
