Icahn may have big plans for Lions Gate

Mark Rachesky, a former protégé of Carl Icahn and the largest shareholder of Lions Gate Entertainment Corp., claimed in a regulatory filing Monday that he has no intention of "changing or influencing the control" of the so-called mini-major studio.

But with Icahn having stepped up as Lions Gate's second-largest shareholder, Rachesky can afford to be noncommittal.
