The owner of the Chicago Sun-Times filed for Chapter 11 on Tuesday with the intent to sell assets, becoming the second Chicago newspaper publisher to file for bankruptcy in four months.
Sun-Times Media Group Inc. submitted its Chapter 11 petition with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
