Citigroup-125x100.jpg Citigroup Inc. (NYSE:C), looking to exit businesses, hired James von Moltke as head of corporate mergers and acquisitions, replacing Vince Fandozzi, who will move to another senior role.

Von Moltke was a managing director in Morgan Stanley's (NYSE:MS) financial institutions group and head of the global securities industry investment banking group.
