Invesco Mortgage debuts on the NYSE (Dealscape

Invesco Mortgage Capital Inc. made its first appearance on the New York Stock Exchange on Friday, the fourth initial public offering this week. It's been more than a year since four companies went public in the same week.

Invesco Institutional Inc., a unit of Invesco Ltd., will manage Invesco Mortgage, which will operate as a real estate investment trust, focused on residential and commercial mortgage-backed securities and loans. These investments were hit hard by the collapse of the housing market, but may be stabilizing in tandem with home prices.
