Report: T-Mobile unit on the block

Two months after Deutsche Telekom AG wrote down the value of its T-Mobile (UK) Ltd. wireless business and deflected a raft of sale rumors, Germany's former monopoly provider has now reportedly attracted the interest of Vodafone Group plc and tapped a bank to oversee a sale.

J.P. Morgan is shopping the British division, which is worth between €3 billion and €4 billion ($4.2 billion and $5.6 billion), to potential suitors, including Vodafone, according to a Monday Financial Times report.
