What do dealmaker Warren Buffett, lifestyle media magnate Martha Stewart, supermodel Gisele Bündchen and late astronomer Carl Sagan have in common? Aside from being the leaders of their respective fields, the four will be featured in their own online cartoons produced by Time Warner Inc.'s (NYSE:TWX) AOL and A Squared Entertainment.
Buffett came up with the idea and name of his cartoon, which will be called "The Secret Millionaire's Club." The premise of the three- to five-minute animation is Buffett tutoring kids about money while having adventures in business. The animation is not Buffett's first foray into entertainment. His Hollywood resume includes two appearances as himself on daytime soap opera "All My Children."
"If you're going to teach somebody, a kid, about financial literacy, who could be better than Warren Buffett?" A Squared co-president Andy Heyward, who produced movies for Buffett's annual meetings, told the Los Angeles Times. The same could certainly be said of Stewart as well.
The entrepreneur-turned-media-mogul started her fortune from an assortment of homemaking guides and tips ranging from cooking to arts and crafts after leaving a career on Wall Street. Her series, with a working title "Little Martha," will feature Stewart as a 10-year-old who runs an event planning company from her tree house. - Gerald Magpily

How wonderful to have the folksy Warren Buffett teach our young people about the realities of financial life! I imagine one episode will be on indentured servitude named "Bailouts for Billionaires." Perhaps entire school districts could be replaced by Warren Buffett and crew!
