Ken Lewis and Bank of America Corp.'s (NYSE:BAC) board have plenty of significant problems on their plates at the moment, which include New York Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's
investigation, congressional
inquiries, a trial over bonuses, $45 billion in bailout money, not to mention running the country's largest bank. But the latest attempt to bring down the banking behemoth likely provided them with plenty of mirth, as disgruntled BofA customer Dalton Chiscolm is trying to take down the beleaguered institution all by himself, with a "1,784 billion, trillion dollar" lawsuit over poor customer service.
According to
Reuters, Chiscolm sued the bank and its board in August, demanding that "1,784 billion, trillion dollars" be deposited into his account the next day, as well as an additional $200,164,000, all because "he placed a series of calls to the bank in New York and received inconsistent information from a 'Spanish woman,' " the judge wrote. "He apparently alleges that checks have been rejected because of incomplete routing numbers."
Luckily for Bank of America, the judge hearing the case -- U.S. District Judge Denny Chin -- has some experience dealing with get-rich-quick schemes, as he's the same judge who sentenced Bernard Madoff to 150 years in prison. -

Can he be made to pay a fee for wasting the courts time? Please? It's smirk worthy but either this guy is developmentally challenged or has a media angle he's playing.
