Finance Layoffs: Alliance and Standard Chartered

pinkslips_transparent_125x100.gifMore bad news for those in the finance industry. The latest reports and rumors of layoffs are a Alliance Bank of Arizona and Standard Chartered Bank.

Eighteen employees at Alliance Bank of Arizona were laid off Thursday, according to the Phoenix Business Journal.

Standard Chartered plans to lay off 72 employees at its Miami office, according to The South Florida Business Journal.
