Kimberly-Clark to buy I-Flow

Consumer products company Kimberly-Clark Corp. said Friday it will buy healthcare company I-Flow Corp. in a cash deal valued at about $324 million.

Kimberly-Clark will commence a tender offer to purchase all outstanding shares of I-Flow at $12.65 per share, nearly an 8% premium to I-Flow's Thursday closing price of $11.76. The total transaction value, which is net of acquired cash and cash equivalents, is about $276 million, the companies said in a statement.
