Blackstone's Graham Packaging will attempt an IPO (Dealscape

Graham Packaging Co. LP, which Blackstone Group LP has owned for more than a decade, hopes to raise $350 million in an initial public offering, according to regulatory papers.

The preliminary prospectus, filed Monday with the Securities and Exchange Commission, did not disclose the IPO's underwriters, nor did it reveal the number of shares to be sold by the company or its existing shareholders.
