PTC seeks DIP reconsideration

PTC Alliance Corp. is scheduled to hit the auction block next month, but the twice-bankrupt maker of steel tubing hopes it will have enough financing to get there in one piece.

The Wexford, Pa., company is set for a Thursday hearing during which it will ask Judge Christopher Sontchi of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware in Wilmington to reconsider a ruling he made last week rejecting the company's $15 million debtor-in-possession loan.
