Heinz to activist investor Nelson Peltz is not nearly as bad as his 2004 loss for a Colorado U.S. Senate seat, but it still has got to leave a scar on his ego. Nonetheless, Coors will remain the vice chairman of Molson Coors Brewing Co., unless, of course, he loses another election. As for Peltz, he didn't exactly get everything he wanted. Instead of securing five seats on the food company's 12-person board, he only won two....
