In Asarco, setting the record straight translates into name-calling

The epithets are flying in the bankruptcy of Asarco LLC, especially since the Tucson, Ariz.-based copper miner is pitted against its parent, Grupo Mexico SAB de CV, which it blames for its current stay in Chapter 11. In fact, most everyone -- especially the federal government, several states and anyone else who has environmental liability claims against Asarco and doesn't want to slow the momentum the company has built in settling them -- seems to be lining up against Mexico City-based Grupo Mexico nowadays....
