Japanese automaker Isuzu Motors Ltd. has reportedly ruled out buying the medium-duty truck business of General Motors Corp., but could be interested in a joint venture with the unit. General Motors has been seeking a buyer for the unit since a deal to sell it to Navistar International Corp. fell apart last summer. The automaker is seeking to divest the unit as part of its bid to raise upwards of $15 billion in fresh capital to fund its ongoing turnaround....
