Both Cohen and Parr played key roles after the failure of Bear Stearns Cos., the Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. bankruptcy and American International Group Inc.'s bailout, as well as Morgan Stanley's most recent round of funding by Mitsubishi UFJ Group....
