Alcatel Lucent Ventures is back and venture capitalists interested in tapping into Bell Labs' rich intellectual property may be interested in learning more about the division. The man to see is Wim Sweldens, who is in charge of the newly created unit. With the unveiling of its first project today, Alcatel Lucent Ventures expects to announce two more projects by the end of the year.
