CA buys identity management company

CA Inc. [CA] is buying Eurekify, a six-year-old startup backed by Peregrine Ventures. Both the sale price and the amount of venture capital that Eurikify has raised were undisclosed.

Eurekify is a pioneer in the fast-growing identity management space, making software that helps enterprises control access to company data based and provide different employees different levels of access based on the roles they serve. Although the company does not disclose financial results, it claims to be profitable and that it has doubled its revenues for four straight years. --Andrea Orr
