sendme.pngCell phone entertainment provider SendMe Mobile Inc. has inked its third content distribution deal with a major label, adding ringtones, pictures and other material from Warner Music Group Corp. [WMG] to its offerings. The deal follows prior agreements with Universal Music Group and EMI, both reached in January. SendMe also has partnerships in place with digital indie label distributor IODA and other labels.

SendMe announced a $15 million Series C round of funding in March, with GrandBanks Capital leading the investment. Spark Capital led its $6 million Series B round in December 2006, and True Ventures led its Series A round of undisclosed size alongside Amicus Ventures and angels including About.com founder Scott Kumit in June 2006.
