PCH_logo.gifIt's not a startup, and its headquarters are in Cork, Ireland, but three Silicon Valley venture firms have combined in a $21 million funding deal to support supply-chain management startup PCH International Ltd. Round leader Lightspeed Venture Partners joined forces with Norwest Venture Partners and Focus Ventures in the deal, which the company will use to stimulate sales and marketing in the U.S. and Europe while building its service capabilities in China and Southeast Asia.
