Round leader Lightspeed Venture Partners joined forces with Norwest Venture Partners and Focus Ventures in the deal, which the company will use to stimulate sales and marketing in the U.S. and Europe while building its service capabilities in China and Southeast Asia.
PCH spent its first nine years as a component sourcing operation for electronics manufacturers, then made a transition in 2005 to full-scale supply chain management.
