Overview:

Too often skipped over as a "soft" issue, corporate culture is in fact measurable and manageable - and overlooking its importance is a major factor in the failure of many mergers. But savvy companies know how critical it is to think strategically about the kind of culture that will make the new organization most successful--and then choose the leaders at different levels who will make that culture a reality. These companies foster a high degree of leadership visibility, involvement and communication during a business transformation, and instill a supportive organizational culture that drives business results.

Join The Deal and Towers Perrin for a 60-minute webcast to explore what it means to build an integrated culture and effective leadership team that supports your merger or acquisition's strategic priorities. Learn how to think about cultural issues earlier in the deal process, and how to act on those insights.

After listening for just 60 minutes to in-depth discussion with our editor and leading deal cultural integration experts, you'll have fresh insight on how to best align leaders and cultural change, and drive business performance that will make the difference to the success or failure of you next deal.
