towers_400x300_REV.jpg

Overview:

With the worst of the recession seemingly over, organizations find themselves facing tough challenges and complex choices. Many have streamlined, restructured and downsized operations to ride out the recession. Now they're looking ahead, planning and preparing to execute M&A strategies to help their organizations re-capture growth.

But the two processes can be tough to reconcile. How do merging organizations ensure they have the right staffing levels, mix of talent, and cost of employees needed to achieve their strategic objectives? Have organizations cut too far too fast? Are we on the brink of talent wars? What are the key human capital planning criteria you need to consider to ensure deal value is captured quickly and effectively?

To get answers to this new set of questions, make sure you join The Deal and Towers Watson for a 60-minute webcast to explore what it means to translate a company's changing strategic M&A objectives into a detailed workforce plan that positions the merged company for success. After listening to our editor and leading workforce and talent integration experts, you'll have fresh insight on how to best align the merged workforce with your strategic M&A objectives, and ultimately, drive business performance.
