Martyn Curragh is the U.S. transaction services leader for PricewaterhouseCoopers, based in New York. As head of the firm's deals practice, he leads over 1,000 experienced professionals who advise clients throughout the entire lifecycle of a transaction, providing due diligence for M&A transactions, along with advice on accounting and financial reporting and valuations, M&A strategy and integration, capital raising, restructuring and divestitures options.
Curragh has been with PwC for 20 years, working in both the U.K. and U.S. He is also a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland and received his undergraduate degree in economics from the Queen's University of Belfast, Northern Ireland.

Pepper Hamilton LLPJohn Jones Jr., a partner in the commercial department of Pepper Hamilton LLP, is a member of the white-collar and corporate investigations practice group. He concentrates his practice in corporate and healthcare matters, representing public and private companies, which include private equity funds, venture capital firms, pharmaceutical manufacturers, medical-device companies, among others.
Jones is a member of the adjunct faculty at Drexel University Earle Mack School of Law, and he teaches the health law practicum in the health law concentration to upper level students. He also is a member of the health law concentration's board of advisers. His degrees include a B.A. from the University of Delaware, a J.D. from Dickinson School of Law and an M.S.W. from the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard Lawson

Huntsman Gay Global Capital LLCRichard Lawson is a managing director and co-founder of Huntsman Gay Global Capital LLC. He is also a member of the firm's policy and investment committee. Prior to Huntsman Gay, Lawson was a co-founder, managing director and member of the original four-person board of directors of the general partner of Sorenson Capital Partners LP, a private equity fund which focused on middle market leveraged buyouts in the Western United States.
Lawson serves as a director on the boards of Wasatch Adaptive Sports as well as the Forever Young Foundation, an organization that is a primary benefactor of a portion of Huntsman Gay's carried interest proceeds used to support extensive philanthropic work in children's causes around the world. His degrees include an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in interdisciplinary studies from Amherst College.
Mark Brady

William Blair & Co. LLCMark Brady is global head of mergers and acquisitions at William Blair & Co. LLC, where he has been an investment banker since 1991. He was named a partner of the firm in 1996. During his time at William Blair, Brady has successfully completed more than 150 acquisition and financing transactions with companies domiciled in 12 different countries. His recent transactions include the sale of National Powersport Auctions to Bank of America Merrill Lynch, the sale of Block Heavy and Highway Products Co. to Dayton Superior Corp., the sale of National Envelope Corp. to Gores Group and the sale of Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. to Mars Inc. He was named 2008 Middle Market Investment Banker of the Year by Investment Dealer's Digest.
Mark graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University and received his M.B.A. in finance and accounting from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
