Matthew Porzio, vice president of M&A solutions, joined IntraLinks Inc. in 2003. He is responsible for overseeing the strategic transactions vertical and driving the development and marketing of IntraLinks' products including virtual dealroom/dataroom solutions for the mergers and acquisitions and restructuring communities.
 
Before joining IntraLinks, Porzio was a senior associate at Metzler, a German advisory firm, where he focused on cross-border M&A transactions. Prior to Metzler, he served as an analyst and associate in equity capital markets and business services investment banking groups at First Union Securities. He holds a bachelor's degree from Colgate University.
 
Porzio has spoken on numerous industry panels and is a member of the selection committee for the M&A International Media Awards.

Jean-Pierre Paquin is a co-manager of BBH Capital Partners.  He has over 15 years of private equity experience.  Paquin is actively involved in sourcing, investment evaluation, transaction execution, and providing post investment value-added oversight to portfolio companies.  He also oversees limited partner relationships as well as the administration of BBH Capital Partners.  Paquin serves on the board of directors (or similar governing body) of Fire-Dex LLC, Freedom Scientific Holdings LLC, Tower Ventures LLC, Update Inc. and Telarix Inc. 

Prior to joining BBH Capital as a full-time member in 1998, Paquin was a financial analyst in BBH's Corporate Finance Department.  He graduated from Colgate University and received a Masters of Business Administration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Sam Oh joined Apollo Global Management LLC in 2008 from Morgan Stanley's commodities department where he managed principal investments in various sectors including oil and gas, electricity generation and transmission, dry freight, alternative energy, refineries and carbon. While at Morgan Stanley, Oh launched an oil and gas fund, Helios Energy/Royalty Partners, and sat on the board of several portfolio companies.

Prior to joining Morgan Stanley's commodities department, he was in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley from 1999 to 2000 and a foreign exchange trader with Lehman Brothers Inc. and HSBC Bank plc from 1994 to 1998.

He serves as a director of Parallel Petroleum LLC and Athlon Energy LP. Oh received a bachelor's degree in science from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School of Business and a master's in business administration from the Yale School of Management.
He is also a certified public accountant and a chartered financial analyst.

He was previously editorial writer, political reporter and columnist on the staff of the South China Morning Post in Hong Kong and before that worked in Brussels, covering the European Union and NATO.
