Keith Radtke is a partner in Faegre Baker Daniels LLP's Minneapolis

commercial transactions and general corporate counseling. He has
represented buyers, sellers and institutional investors in many
different types of strategic and private equity M&A transactions.
Many of these transactions have involved representing the sponsoring
private equity firm or the company's executive management group,
including negotiation of equity terms for both the private equity firm
and the management groups. Radtke has also represented portfolio
companies of private equity firms and other emerging private companies
on numerous matters, including private placements of equity and debt,
stock compensation plan preparation and general corporate counseling. He
has also represented numerous companies as purchasers of goods and
services in significant commercial transactions.

At Norwest, he was involved in originating and closing management buyout and growth equity investments. He began his career with the Arthur Andersen economic and financial consulting group in the Chicago and Minneapolis offices.

Eric Nicholson has 18 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, advising clients on more than 100 transactions ranging from $10 million to $2 billion in transaction value. Prior to joining Greene Holcomb & Fisher LLC, he was a senior member of the mergers and acquisitions group at Piper Jaffray & Co. Prior to that, he practiced corporate law at Dorsey & Whitney LLP in Minneapolis, where he specialized in mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings and venture capital. Nicholson's clients have included 3M, Mattel Inc., TRW Inc. and Remmele Engineering Inc. Buyers and other parties involved in transactions with his clients have included Affiliated Computer Services Inc., Thomson Reuters Corp., WPP Group, Morgenthaler Partners and TorQuest Partners. Nicholson is a graduate of Carleton College and the University of Minnesota Law School.
