Independent corporate advisory firm Lexicon Partners said Henry "Hal" Clark III will join the firm as a senior adviser in New York. He will help to expand advisory activities in North America, focusing on power and utilities. Clark has 33 years of investment and corporate banking experience at Citigroup Inc., where he was group head and most recently chairman of its global power group.

BenjaminHappMovers.pngCredit Suisse Group hired Benjamin Happ (pictured) as head of capital services, Asia-Pacific, for hedge fund client coverage. New York wealth management firm Lenox Advisors Inc. tapped Scott Greenfield as a senior vice president, sales management. Before this, he spent 10 years at Morgan Stanley and MetLife Inc.
