by Baz Hiralal  |  Published July 15, 2009 at 12:00 AM

ChristopherBittmanMovers.pngPerella Weinberg Partners LP said Christopher Bittman will join its asset management group as a partner. Bittman (pictured) was formerly chief investment officer of the University of Colorado Foundation, which is due to become one of the firm's clients on Wednesday. He will be chief investment officer of the Perella Weinberg Partners Agility Funds. Partner Bob Boldt will become executive chairman of that business.

Investcorp, specializing in alternative investments, named a new management team, which includes: chief financial officer Rishi Kapoor; Christopher O'Brien, formerly Investcorp's head of direct investment, who becomes president of U.S. and Europe; Mark Slaughter, now chief administrative officer; and Mohammed Al-Shroogi, now president of the Gulf business.

Kapoor joined Investcorp in 1992 and O'Brien joined in 1993. Slaughter joined from Citigroup Inc., where he was a managing director and chief operating officer of the global investment banking division. Earlier, Slaughter worked at Goldman, Sachs & Co. Al-Shroogi arrived in June and was head of the Middle East for Citigroup.
