Barclays plc's (NYSE:BCS) board has allotted £350 million ($540 million) over the next five years to augment the firm's ability to cater to high-net-worth individuals. About a third of the new investment will go toward new hires charged with attracting new assets, according to FINS.
Boston-based private equity firm Summit Partners plans to hire one or two vice presidents this year, according to The Wall Street Journal.
