UBS AG may hire 100 to 300 specialists for its FICC division, according to Reuters.

The SEC needs to hire two municipal market pros, according to eFinancialCareers.

Bank of America Corp. (NYSE:BAC) is expanding its operations in China, according to The Wall Street Journal.
