Hiring: Wells Fargo, UBS and more

Here is the latest roundup of financial institutions rumored and reported to be hiring.

The public finance division of Wells Fargo & Co. (NYSE:WFC) may hire around 20 more people this year, according to Financial Planning.

UBS AG (NYSE:UBS), Nomura Holdings Inc. (NYSE: NMR) and HSBC Holdings plc. (NYSE:HBC) are hiring in fixed-income in Australia, according to The Wall Street Journal

Standard Chartered plc will hire over 100 bankers for private banking in 2010, according to Reuters

MF Global Holdings Ltd. (NYSE:MF) could be hiring, according to Bloomberg.

EFG International will hire 150 private bankers in Asia, according to Bloomberg.
