Here is the latest roundup of financial institutions rumored and reported to be hiring.

Jefferies is doing a lot of hiring lately, according to eFinancial Careers.

The Royal Bank of Scotland will create up to 100 jobs in Manchester, U.K., according to The Manchester Evening News.

Deutsche Bank has opened a second office in St. Petersburg, Germany, according to Emerging Markets.
