William L. Bradley is leaving Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC to join New York boutique investment bank and advisory firm Waller Capital Partners LLC as a managing director. Bradley will focus on data center, managed-hosting and cloud-computing clients for Waller, which specializes in the telecommunications, media and technology sectors. At Credit Suisse, Bradley was head of telecommunications M&A in the U.S. and worked on deals including the $2 billion sale of Terremark Worldwide to Verizon Communications Inc. in 2011. In June, Waller hired managing director Christine Frank from Compass Advisers Group LLC to expand in the information services and technology sector.


Blackstone France has named Gerard Errera as its chairman. Errera has been a special adviser to Blackstone Group LP since 2009. Previously, he was secretary general as well as director general for political affairs of the French Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has also served as French ambassador to the U.K. as well as French ambassador to NATO.


Charles Gatewood has been appointed senior vice president in Capital One Bank's public finance division. Gatewood will run the bank's new-market tax credit transactions in New York and along the East Coast. Gatewood was previously a senior vice president at JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Alan E. Friedman has joined Foley & Lardner LLP as a partner in the law firm's litigation and dispute resolution practice in Los Angeles. Friedman joins Foley after 10 years at the Los Angeles office of Jones Day. He focuses on business and tort litigation, healthcare, information systems and hospitality.


SNR Denton US LLP has named Bruce Merlin Fried, a partner in its healthcare practice, as head of its Washington office. Fried replaces Fred McClure, who left in early July to become executive director of the George H.W. Bush Presidential Library Foundation. Prior to joining SNR Denton, Fried was the director of the Health Care Financing Administration's Center for Health Plans and Providers, as well as director of the HCFA's Office of Managed Care.

In other SNR Denton news, the firm recently hired Sally P. Teng as a senior managing associate in its intellectual property and technology practice. Teng joined from Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, & McCloy LLP.


Bermuda-based insurance asset manager Juniperus Capital Holdings Ltd. has hired Chris McKeown as its CEO. He succeed Phil Lotz, who will remain with the company as executive chairman. McKeown was most recently vice chairman of North America broking at global risk and reinsurance intermediary Guy Carpenter & Co. LLC. Earlier this year, Juniperus was acquired by New York private equity firm Aquiline Capital Partners LLC, and in April, Marsh & McLennan Cos. took a minority partnership stake in the company.


Geoffrey Frankel has been appointed managing director of Huron Consulting Group Inc.'s financial consulting practice, where he will focus on distressed M&A advisory, debt and equity restructurings, litigation support services and more. Frankel was formerly a managing director in Harris Williams & Co.'s restructuring advisory and distressed M&A division.


Financial advisory and investment banking firm Duff & Phelps Corp. announced two additions to its due diligence practice: Gregory Chin and Geon Lee, who join as Boston-based managing directors. Chin and Lee both make the move from FTI Consulting Inc. Prior to FTI, Chin was a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's transaction services and audit practices. Lee also previously held a role at PwC, as well as in KPMG LLP's transaction services group.


Bobby Bono was named head of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP's U.S. industrial manufacturing practice. He replaces Barry Misthal, who was named head of PwC's global industrial manufacturing division. Bono is formerly a partner in PwC's assurance division in Charlotte, N.C.
