Morgan Stanley hired Irl Solomon from Credit Suisse Group, where he spent 11 years. Solomon joins the private wealth management division. Morgan also tapped UBS Wealth Management veterans Vincent Sunzeri and Corrine Fabie. Kirk Donaldson and Todd Gutkin, of Bank of America Corp.'s Merrill Lynch, joined Morgan in New York. Brokers joining from Wachovia Securities LLC include William Shell, Gary Perl and Sandra Duggan. Wells Fargo & Co. advisers Chris Corona, Scott Holmes and Jeff Oetman joined Morgan Stanley's San Luis Obispo, Calif., office. RE: "Citigroup Inc. named Deborah McWhinney head of Citi Personal Wealth Management."
Great story about Citigroup's wise selection of Deborah McWhinney to head Citi's Personal Wealth Management program. However, you should do a better job proofing your photos. The person in the picture is Brenda Barnes, Chairman and CEO of Sara Lee, not Deborah McWhinney. You owe both of these sharp business women an apology.
