EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
  • BofA named Stefan Selig executive vice chairman of global corporate and investment banking
  • Steven Baronoff is now chairman of global mergers and acquisitions at BofA
  • Nasdaq OMX Group will make Eric Noll executive vice president of transaction services

Bank of America Corp. named Stefan Selig executive vice chairman of global corporate and investment banking and Steven Baronoff chairman of global mergers and acquisitions. They report to Brian Moynihan, president of global banking and wealth management.

Selig joined Banc of America Securities LLC in 1999. Baronoff joined Merrill Lynch & Co. in 1986 and has headed global M&A since 2000. Selig is advising Broadcom Corp. on its hostile bid for Emulex Corp. and on Time Warner Inc.'s spinoff of AOL LLC. Baronoff is advising PepsiCo Inc. on its offer for Pepsi Bottling Group Inc. and PepsiAmericas Inc.


Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. will make Eric Noll executive vice president of transaction services, reporting to CEO Bob Greifeld. Noll joins Nasdaq OMX from Susquehanna International Group LLP, where he was a managing director.
