UBS Investment Bank opened an office in Dallas and added 18 bankers focused on energy lending. Darrell Holley was named a managing director and global head of energy lending. He reports to Stephen Trauber, global head of energy banking. Holley was global head of oil and gas banking at Fortis Bank in Dallas. Ilene Fowler becomes an executive director and U.S. head of energy lending and risk management. In New York, Morgan Stanley hired Kevin Dunleavy from Bank of America Merrill Lynch as a managing director in sales and trading, focused on equities and fixed-income clients. Dunleavy was vice chairman of global client relationships for Merrill, where he spent 28 years. Separately, David Deluca joined Morgan from Barclays plc as a managing director in U.S. research sales. Deluca spent 10 years with Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc.
