Union Bancaire Privée hired Richard Wohanka, former CEO of Fortis Investment Management, as CEO of asset management and alternative investments. Wohanka becomes a member of the bank's executive committee. Michael Odrich, a former Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. executive who ran its private equity and alternative investment business, was named global head of Alvarez & Marsal Capital LLC, a new business focused on PE and alternative asset investing activities. Odrich spent nearly 23 years at Lehman.
