Citigroup Inc. named James Bardrick and Manuel Falco co-heads of banking, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. They replace Tom King, who left Citi in September after more than 20 years with the bank. King was once global co-head of mergers and acquisitions at Salomon Smith Barney. Bardrick, a 22-year veteran at Citi, was most recently co-head of global industrials banking, while Falco was head of Iberia banking and chief country officer of Spain. Falco, who will relocate to London, has been with Citi for 11 years. RBC Wealth Management hired US Trust, Bank of America Private Wealth Management senior vice presidents Rhonda Smith and Lynn Syler as advisers in Gig Harbor, Wash. Smith worked at Bank of America for more than 23 years, while Syler is a 10-year veteran. Senior associate Anthony Fuertes, who spent six years with BofA, also joins RBC.
