SunTrust Banks Inc. named Willem-Jan Hattink executive vice president and head of private wealth management and institutional investment solutions. Hattink, who will report to president William Rogers Jr., succeeds E. Jenner Wood III, who served in the role on an interim basis. Hattink has been with SunTrust for more than 26 years. Also, Jarrette White III, 22-year veteran of SunTrust, was named executive vice president and private wealth management line of business executive for SunTrust's central group, succeeding Hattink. White was managing director of portfolio management, program lending, supply chain finance and leveraged finance in the corporate and investment banking line of business.
