Jefferies & Co. expanded its global fund placement group, hiring Luke Belcastro and Margaret Marshall as managing directors in New York, and Joseph Nagae as a senior vice president in London. Belcastro comes from Mallory Capital Group LLC, an investment bank specializing in raising capital for private equity funds, where he was a partner. Previously, he was a director in the equity capital markets group of Credit Suisse Group. Marshall also joins from Mallory Capital, where she was a principal. Before that, she was a vice president in the alternative capital division of the private fund group at Credit Suisse Group. Marshall also worked in the PE group at Merrill Lynch & Co. Nagae hails from Citigroup Inc., where he was a director in the private placement group.
Littman joined Kirtland in 1995 and has served as a managing partner since 2005. Nestor joined Kirtland in 1986.
