Corporate Dealmaker Forum Highlights: Nokia's Bruce Bowden on selling transformational deals internally

M&A may have slowed, but deals are getting done. Corporate Dealmaker's Suzanne Stevens caught up with Bruce Bowden, global head of M&A for Nokia, at the Corporate Dealmaker Forum conference in New York to discuss selling big deals to nervous executives and boards. When buying your way into a new market, it helps, says Bowden, to begin with a smaller deal. Not only does this allow you to test the waters of a new geography or market, it can also bring valuable talent onboard that can help guide the way forward.
