M&A Outlook 2009: Blue Wolf's Blumenthal on regulation

At The Deal's M&A Outlook 2009 conference, Adam Blumenthal, a portfolio manager at Blue Wolf Capital Management LLC, said he believes that the government has to question everything as it alters the regulatory structure of financial institutions because it is reacting to the economic crisis.
