Deal Economy 2010: Antitrust's impact on deals

John Glynn of PricewaterhouseCoopers and Jeffrey Schmidt of Linklaters spoke with The Deal's William McConnell at The Deal Economy 2010 conference. In this video Linklater's Schmidt says President Obama's increased enforcement of antitrust is making an impact on dealmaking, which can be witnessed with smaller deals.
