Job market brightens for unemployed bankers

Thousands of bank employees have lost their jobs since the financial crisis hit. While the job market remains difficult, banks are hiring for certain positions. According to Maurice Toueg, a partner with executive recruiter Capstone Partnership, most in demand are executives with strong strategic restructuring skills who can help banks shore up their own businesses.
